The registration period, as shown in the image below, is only for Returning Students who have thesis and second-semester modules to complete. Please click on the image below to view the Registration Guide For Returning Students.

The registration period for New Students will only be announced after the Application Form (for January 2022 Intake) opens in August 2021.

The Namibia Business School has two (2) intakes per year. The first is in January/February and the second is in June/July.

The programmes on offer differ between the two intakes.

First Intake

Executive Diploma Programmes (except for Project Management – only open in July Intake), Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, the MBAs, and the DBA. Intake into the Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) is highly competitive and may vary from year to year, i.e. there may not be space for entry in a particular year.

Second intake

Executive Diploma Programmes ONLY (applications open in April): Diploma for New Managers, Diploma for Middle Managers, Diploma for Senior Managers, Diploma in Project Management, and the Diploma in Police Management

Yes, the fee for the Normal (early) Applications is N$400 and the fee for the Late Applications is N$500.

Applicants are required to upload the proof of payment to the online application form.

The Academic Office requires 4 weeks or less to process an application form. The process may be delayed if an applicant does not attach all the required documents to the application form.

If an applicant forgets to attach a document, he/she will be contacted by the Academic Office and asked to send it to

In 2020, Namibia Business School responded to the Covid-19 pandemic by transitioning from block-release mode to a blended learning approach. Most activities in the Business School moved online.
